When a homeowner submits a service request through a participating contractor's website or through firstminutereply.com, we collect the information provided in that request: name, phone number, email address, the service requested, and the message describing the request.
We use this information solely to deliver the requested service: sending a confirmation text message and email acknowledging the service request, notifying the contractor of the inquiry, following up on the request, and maintaining a record of the inquiry. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
By submitting a service request form that includes your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your service request from FirstMinuteReply on behalf of the contractor you contacted. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per inquiry). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information is shared only with: (1) the contractor the homeowner contacted, in order to fulfill the service request, and (2) the service providers necessary to deliver the requested communications (such as SMS and email delivery platforms), acting on our instructions.
Service request records are retained for business record-keeping and follow-up purposes. We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we store.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing hello@involvinglife.com.
