The FirstMinuteReply Lead Response Program sends automated text messages on behalf of participating HVAC and plumbing contractors. When a homeowner submits a service request, they receive a confirmation text message that the request was received, and may receive follow-up messages regarding that request.
By submitting a service request form that includes your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your service inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your service request — typically 1–3 messages per inquiry (a confirmation and follow-up).
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your number.
